事緣今週跟同事談論大家已升職了一級，
工作量、負責的東西都增多云云……
又見到新一屆的同事，
同事便說道 "Chur" 下面的同事在所難免。
我道：「你看，當我們還是最低的一層時，
我們便怕上面的Senior『卒』我們；
但當我們升職了，
情況危急事便不得不『卒』下面的同事！」
同事道：「這就是『屁股主導你的思想』！」
雖然聽來很搞笑，但卻很寫實。不是嗎？

| Oh my, it's almost 5 months since my last entry...
Finally got a time to take a short break...
After all the "wok" and difficult periods...
Actually it feels like non-stop working since January...
Working, working and working...
"Chur"-ing and being "chur"-ed...
I just wonder how I could survive in the last few months!
I would just treasure this short period of honeymoon...
No worries, no o/s tasks to be cleared...
Treasure this short break to regain my strength and energy! |

| It's already March now, time really flies! The experience in these 5 months reminds me 1 thing - there's still a long long way to go for me, a lot more to learn. Being a staff is different from being a student, totally. There's no room for a mistake - every mistake can be fatal. The learning curve is much, much deeper. Deadline is getting tighter and tighter. You name it. Though facing failure and frustration sometimes, I trust that builds a stronger me. Glad that I can have the chances to face all these difficuties. No matter what lies ahead, God has laid the best path for each of us. Try my best, and continue to improve! Cheer up! Elton |
